We have ordered in Jacquard Acid Dyes to sell and use at the shop to add to our fine array of dyed wools. 40 new colours to play with.... that could never be a bad thing! As the shop continues to expand, we figured it was time to diversify and not put all our coloured eggs in one dye basket. Acid dyes can be blended and mixed with other acid dyes such as Majic Carpet, Cushing and Pro Chem.

We have experimented with the Jacquard powders with fabulous results and Shane is looking forward to coming up with some spectacular colours. Who knows where this might lead. So we are now a Canadian Distributor for Jacquard Acid Dyes! Shipment is due this week!

Stay tuned, we will also be stocking Cushing and Pro Chem dyes in the near future.

I was hoping that I could get a little feedback from you.....if you have any experience with Jacquard Dyes I would love to hear about it....especially any tips or things to watch out for.

I have used them. They are well behaved and work like any acid dye, but I was mostly dyeing wool that I had spun, not hooking wool.
